Fine Art

The Fine Art students in the degree show for 2021 have worked exceptionally hard to make work for this exhibition and, indeed, across the three years they have been with us. The work in this exhibition is the tip of a much larger iceberg of activity that includes visual experimentation and speculation, research and investigation into their individual artistic and conceptual concerns, the research for, and writing of essays, the development of a plan of action beyond graduation… All this in spite of all the restrictions and difficulties associated with a global pandemic.

 

The Fine Art students graduating this year are a particularly strong cohort as can be seen from the work in their exhibition. They have defined themselves as individual practitioners whilst maintaining a coherent group dynamic; they’ve been a real joy to work with.
